This particular cave bear cub was discovered in a cave in Yakutsk, Siberia. The skeleton is well-preserved and measures 80 cm in length. Due to the fragility of juvenile cave bear bones, their preservation is extremely rare, making this a highly valuable and uncommon fossil find.
