Conditions of Sale
Ethereal Auctioneers Ltd. advises the bidders to read the [ Conditions of Business ] of this auction carefully and please kindly obey the rules of the auction. Bidders shall distinguish the quality of the preview.
All bidders without enough amount of purchase records are requested of the deposit of NTD 200,000 for a paddle registration.
The bidders of this auction must use the ID card or a copy of the foreign identity document together with the bidding registration payment form before the auction, email to the company and complete the deposit payment formalities. If there is no bidding behavior, the deposit will be refunded in full without interest; if the bidder is completed, the margin will be converted into the deduction of the purchase price.
Payment terms
all items sold as-is. After the bidder completes the bidding activity, the bidder must pay the purchase price within 10 days from the auction, and then proceed with the subsequent delivery affair; if the bidder's purchase payment is made by wire transfer, must wait till the bank confirm the payment has arrived. After that, it is deemed that the payment is completed. If the buyer pays in a currency other than TWD, and the remittance is sent to the company's designated foreign currency collection account, the exchange rate on the auction day will be converted into the amount of TWD to cover the purchase price. Differences in exchange rate changes, bank charges and other related expenses incurred when the foreign currency is converted into TWD are borne by the buyer; If the bidder fails to complete the payment completion procedure for the winning lot within 10 days, the bidder's deposit will not be refunded and the company would have the right to resell the buyer's winning item.
Shipping Terms
Buyer pays Shipping Cost. Ethereal Auctioneers do not responsible for packing or shipping any items. We suggest our buyers contact DHL or EMS for shipping overseas. After our clients prepaid their shipping fee, We would be happy to help our clients with packing and send out their winning items.
